St. Catharine School utilizes FACTS Management, a tuition management company, that works with schools across the country. With FACTS, parents can pay tuition and fees over time, using a variety of payment methods to make it as flexible and easy to manage as possible.
A family who voluntarily withdraws from St. Catharine School will receive a partial tuition refund (based on 100% of the school year tuition) according to the following schedule:
- Withdrawal by June 15th : No tuition due to school (fees & deposits non-refundable)
- Withdrawal by September 30th : 30% of tuition due to school
- Withdrawal by October 31st : 40% of tuition due to school
- Withdrawal by November 30th : 50% of tuition due to school
- Withdrawal by December 31St : 60% of tuition due to school
- Withdrawal after December 31st : Full tuition is due to school
All fees and PreK deposits are non-refundable.
Diocesan and St. Catharine-St. Margaret Parish tuition assistance is granted annually to families with children enrolled in St. Catharine School. Awards are based on financial need, and families applying may receive up to half of the school's tuition rate.
Application Deadlines:
- 3/1/25: Round 1, a 2023 Federal tax form is necessary.
- 5/12/25: Round 2, a 2024 Federal tax form is necessary.
