Admissions Procedure
Thank you for your interest in St Catharine School. Please follow the directives we have identified below to submit an application for the appropriate student grade level. Once your applications have been submitted, you will be notified of the next steps of the admissions and registration process.
2024-2025 School Year: Registration for all new families, Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade, will be held during an appointed week in February of each year.Please take note of the following age requirements for our early childhood programs:
- Pre-Kindergarten 3 students must be 3 years of age on or before October 31
- Pre-Kindergarten 4 students must be 4 years of age on or before October 31
- All Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age on or before October 31

Our application for students in grades 1 through 8 must be downloaded and printed (MAY NOT BE DONE ONLINE). Please submit the completed application along with your child’s latest report card, last year’s report card, standardized test scores, and if applicable, the IEP/service plan.

Notification of Acceptance

Once all applications and documents are reviewed by the administration, parents/guardians will be contacted. At that time, you will be contacted to complete the registration process and provide the following original documentation:- Child’s original Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- Current Immunization Record
- First Penance and First Eucharist Certificates, if applicable.
